Kim Martin originally opened Chofi with Patrick Flammia - a hospitality industry veteran with brains and vision that is worth praising. Mixing their talent, knowledge and experience together made this small and humble taco restaurant in Union City, NJ receive praise and love beyond their wildest dreams! They now share 3 wonderful children, and Patrick is now the Director of Operations for Jean-Georges' NYC restaurants.
Although life doesn't always turn out as planned, and some love stories end, we find consolation in knowing we will always have Tacos!
We are grateful for everyone who has followed Chofi's journey throughout the years!
